Dr. Dygert's Programs, Keynotes and Seminars offer more than abstract theories. Charles began his career as “Tool & Die Maker” for General Motors  while working on a B. A. degree at the Ohio State University. He later earned his MA and Ph.D. (Doctorate degree) in industrial management and Training at O.S.U. where he served on the faculty for nineteen years.

During the latter seven years of his University tenure, Charles  worked as an “Ohio Economic Developer ” and assisted in the location and expansion of over 200 firms from domestic and foreign locations.


 

This unique combination of experiences blend well to offer clients information and strategies that will enhance motivation and productivity long after the presentation is over. Having spoken to 2500 groups in all 50 states and several foreign countries (Japan, Brazil, Europe, Canada, and the West Indies), Charles Dygert has acquired a broad knowledge and expertise in helping any organization or association (large and or small) reach objectives.

Dr. Dygert continues to work in the Graduate Business Educational environment and during the past 10 years has served as an Adjunct Professor at Franklin University’s Graduate School of Business MBA Program (see Franklin University’s link).
