Dr. Dygert's Programs, Keynotes and Seminars offer more than abstract theories. Charles began his career as a "Tool & Die Maker"
for General Motors Corporation while working on a BA degree at the Ohio State University. He later earned his MA and Ph.D. (Doctorate degree) in industrial management and Training at OSU where he served on the faculty for nineteen years.

During the latter seven years of his University tenure, Charles worked
as an "Ohio Economic Developer" and assisted in the location and expansion of over 200 firms from domestic and foreign locations.

This unique combination of experiences blend well to offer clients information and strategies that will enhance motivation and productivity long after the presentation is over.
